Cancelations, Exchanges, Returns:
Changing or Canceling Order: If you need to change or cancel an order or portion of your order, we will attempt to do so. In order to make a request to change or cancel your order you must e-mail us as soon as possible. Most Custom Slipcovers are made within 3 days, therefore if you need to cancel or change portion of your order contact immediately. All requests must be e-mailed and must contain your order number. Upon receipt of a change an e-mail will be sent to confirm your request.
Note: We cannot change or cancel your order if it is already shipped out or custom made and already cut or sewn. You may also call us at 888-405-4758 or fax at 718-4781049 You can call us between hours of 9:00 A.M and 4:00 P.M. EST Monday through Fridays.
Returns: We do NOT accept returns - our products are made to order according to your measurements. We will NOT take responsibility for mistakes that are made by customer. If you have made mistake measuring cover, and it is possible for us to correct it we will do so at additional charge. Charge will depend on required additional fabric & labor. Customer is responsible for shipping.
If the product is damages or mistake is made on our account we will take every effort to correct mistake and ship slipcover as soon as possible.
We will not accept worn, misused, stained, soiled or laundered items for return or exchange. Note: Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges, including items with Free Shipping. Customer is responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
