If we have questions about your custom order we will contact you via email within 24 hours from the date of the order. If change to the order or charge was made, We will notify you of these charges before your order is processed. We do not charge your credit card until you have verified and accepted the charges. Deliver Carrier: Most of our product is shipped via FedEx, we may also ship via UPS or US-MAIL (depending on recipients location).
